## About
AIdedEQ is the technology arm of The Practice Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by JoYi Rhyss. JoYi has 30+ years working with high-risk youth, served as former director at PACT Kalihi, Hawaii, was funded by the State of Hawaii, and contracted through the Stanford University Forgiveness Project to deliver forgiveness and mindfulness programs serving the Department of Human Services. Over 3,000 program participants. AIdedEQ builds equity-first AI tools, offers consulting, and leads workshops so frontline staff can spend less time on paperwork and more time serving people.
